William (Bill) Baker, Harrow, Ont. (Windsor/Essex) has a multi-disciplined diverse career with more than twenty-seven years of senior management, strategic planning, marketing, governance and project development experience in the manufacturing, facility design/construction, municipal policy and planning, facility management, transportation, aviation, and healthcare.
Mr. Baker is a partner with AtriumAlliances: "Connecting resource and facilitating strategic advancement for organization and business growth." Through AtriumAlliances Mr. Baker has become an associate member of the Imaginethis Media Studios Inc. focusing on all aspects of business and startegies development.
Prior to forming AtriumAlliances, Mr. Baker was the Senior Director, Sales Marketing and Business Development for Peter Anthony Designs Inc. a leading manufacturer of restaurant seating décor and interior designs as well as custom millwork and packages. Before accepting the project assignment at Peter Anthony Designs in 2006, he was Sr. Project Development and Policy Assistant in the Office of the Mayor, City of Windsor.
In addition to these diverse skill sets, Bill held the long-time positions as Director of Airport Development and Marketing for Windsor Airport with Serco Aviation Services; Ontario Regional Director for Oracle Services in London and Senior Director of Marketing and Advertising with Bulova Watch Company.
Mr. Baker has served on a number of boards and steering committees related to municipal and
community services, healthcare, youth and workforce development, tourism and transportation
throughout Southwestern Ontario.

Bill is a graduated from St. Clair College of Applied Arts and Technology, Windsor, Ontario in
Marketing and Business Administration.
